Wanted: Experienced Residential Single Family Property Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced residential single-family property manager to oversee and maintain a portfolio of over 300 units.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a Texas Real Estate License and at least 2 years of relevant experience in property management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the turnover of properties, ensuring they are ready for new tenants.
- Handle a wide range of work orders involving multiple trades, addressing tenant issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct thorough move-in and move-out inspections, maintaining high property condition standards.
- Oversee the application approval process, ensuring the selection of qualified tenants.
- Maintain full occupancy, striving to keep existing tenants satisfied and engaged.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds a valid Texas Real Estate License.
- 2 years experience in a similar role, managing residential properties.
- Exhibits extremely strong computer skills, adept at using property management software and other relevant technologies.
- Possesses expert-level communication skills, capable of giving and taking instructions clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to work well within a team, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and shows initiative in taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Thrives under pressure, demonstrating empathy towards tenant needs and maintaining a professional demeanor.
