Leasing Agent

Part-Time Leasing Agent: Our company is looking for a part-time Leasing Agent who can contribute to our positive work culture.
Our ideal candidate must be tech-savvy and have a go-getter mentality.
*\*Saturdays Required\** The duties of this job will include: -Managing digital and physical office records, and being proficient in our software to track prospects and new inquiries -Increase occupancy rate with tenant and prospect resident relations -Draft Renewal contracts/ and TAA leases -Assist in intake forms, service requests, and resident inquiries -Present apartments and provided amenities in a positives light to prospective tenants Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service Experience *(Required)* - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
