The ideal candidate for this position has: • Excellent customer service skills • Confident and outgoing personality • Willingness to continuously prospect • Goal oriented • Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written • Ability to work well in a process driven environment • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required We have one of the most aggressive pay plans in the automotive sales business.
30% Front gross and 10% of Finance gross products.
