Lead Maintenance Technician

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
Must be able to perform *make readies*, have working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and dry wall repair.
Will be required to do some lifting from time to time.
Will assist grounds.
Other job duties as seen fit by manager/supervisor.
Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing equipment -HVAC Experience/License and Bilingual a plus! - Must have current and valid driver’s license.
Background check performed.
