A Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of properties to ensure they remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
*Property Maintenance Technician:*
*Specific to Property Management:* A Property Maintenance Technician is a specialized role within the field of property management, primarily focused on the upkeep and repair of residential or commercial properties.
*Setting:* Property Maintenance Technicians typically work in rental properties, apartment complexes, office buildings, commercial buildings or similar real estate settings.
*Responsibilities:* Their primary responsibilities involve maintaining and repairing various aspects of the property, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliances, and various roofing needs.
They are also responsible for routine inspections, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring the property remains in good condition.
*Skills:* Property Maintenance Technicians require a broad range of skills related to property maintenance and repair.
They need to be knowledgeable about general property systems and should be capable of addressing various maintenance issues that might arise in rental properties.
*Roofing knowledge a plus!*
