The ideal candidate for this position is familiar with local, state, and Federal Fair Housing laws and enjoys promoting properties on various social media channels and websites.

Compensation: $30,000 Responsibilities: Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure the closing of the deal Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Advertise available properties using a variety of social media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing Show prospective tenants' properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure the rental contract Qualifications: A proven record of sales experience and success Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiar with leasing regulations Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Excel About Company Our Core Values are: Personal Growth Efficient Results Organized Teamwork Honor Our Word Treat People like Gold Persistence
