*SUMMARY OF POSITION:* As a Skilled Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by attracting and securing high-quality tenants for our portfolio of Single Family Properties.
You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and ensuring a seamless leasing process from start to finish with the support of our leasing coordination team.
This is an ideal position for someone who possesses a strong sales acumen, superb negotiation abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
*MAJOR ACTIVITIES:* The following are the major activities of the Residential Property Leasing Specialist:

Marketing properties: This may involve creating and placing ads, hosting open houses, and utilizing other marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
2.
Tenant Acquisition: Utilize your sales skills to generate leads and attract prospective tenants through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking.
3.
Property Showings: Conduct property tours, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property while effectively addressing any questions or concerns raised by potential tenants.
4.
Leasing properties: This involves showing properties to prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, preparing and signing lease agreements, and collecting security deposits and rent payments.
5.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with prospective and current tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
6.
Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends, competitor offerings, and rental rates to provide valuable insights and recommendations for pricing strategies and property marketing efforts.
7.
Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the property management team, maintenance staff, and other departments to address tenant needs, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and ensure overall tenant satisfaction.
