Leasing Agent/Receptionist

*Job Description:* The Retreat RV Resort is seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Lubbock, TX.
*Essential Functions:* * Greeting tenants and answering tenant questions * Lease applications, turn-arounds, and lease renewals * Follow up on past and/or current tenants to ensure proper move-in procedures are being followed * Maintain positive and professional relations with all tenants and staff members * Maintain a high level of service to the community by providing excellent customer service to all tenants, walk-in and phone inquire tenants * Assisting with the daily leasing process by preparing lease agreements, collecting rent, and processing lease renewals * Maintaining a clean office environment by keeping rooms tidy and presentable for each tenant * Complying with all lease and company policies and procedures * Other duties as assigned by management *Job Requirements: * * Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a property management office setting.
* Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of property management software such as Yardi is a plus! * Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Spanish is required for this position.
* Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
This position requires an understanding individual who works well with others.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $12.
