We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our residential community.
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents, maintaining the property, and maximizing occupancy.

```Duties```
- Oversee all aspects of the community's operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community to prospective residents.
- Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident information, and financial transactions using property management software such as CMMS, OneSite, or Yardi.
- Monitor market trends and competition to make recommendations for rental rate adjustments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for review by senior management.
```Requirements```
- Prefer experience in property management or related field but not required.
- Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate lease terms with prospective residents.
- Experience with conflict management and resolution.
- Proficiency in using property management software.
- Proven track record in property leasing and sales.
