Part-Time Leasing Agent for a multi-family housing needed to work minimum summer hours 39 a week, fall/spring hours 29 hours a week.
Monday - Friday between the hours of 9 am - 5:30 pm, *Saturdays (mandatory) 10 am - 4 pm*.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Some college preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask, knowledge and/or experience in leasing a plus, knowledge of office equipment (fax machine, scan, email, etc.
).
Job Duties include but not limited to:
* Meet with potential residents and take them on tours of available units
* Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and regulations
* Conduct credit checks and other background tasks to qualify potential renters
* Collect application fees and rent payments
* Follow up with prospective renters
* Monitor use of community facilities, including laundry and mail
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, E-Mail, Fax Machine, Copier/Scanner
* Resident Retention - ensuring residents needs are attended to in a timely manner as well as following up regarding any issues residents have.
* Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
Experience preferred but willing to train the right individual.
