Property Manager

Dynasty Properties is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage all aspects of a 99-unit apartment community in Lubbock, TX.
Candidate must have prior experience managing mid-size conventional apartment communities and maintenance staff.
Must be motivated, and have an outgoing and energetic personality with a focus on meeting and exceeding all goals.
Candidate must also have experience in leasing, and collections, and have superior customer service skills.
Hours are M-F 8 to 5 and alternate Saturdays 10 to 2 Duties: * Manage all day-to-day operations of the property including but not limited to * Leasing, rent collections, and office administration * Market the property and show the property.
* Rent collection * Property inspections * Manage maintenance crew * Oversee capital improvement projects * Handle all resident complaints and customer service matters professionally.
* Work aggressively on resident retention by aggressively following up with upcoming lease renewals.
* Handle all administrative paperwork and reports Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.
