*Position Overview:* As a Dentist at Lubbock Dental Care and Orthodontics, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise while providing comprehensive dental care to our diverse patient base.
Your primary responsibilities will include performing general dental procedures, diagnosing oral conditions, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on oral hygiene practices.

*Job Responsibilities:* · Perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
· Diagnose oral diseases, abnormalities, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tools.
· Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring their understanding and consent.
· Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
· Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide integrated patient care.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
· Stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry and actively pursue continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications: · DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
· Active dental license in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure).
· Proven experience as a Dentist, preferably with at least 3 years of clinical practice.
· Proficient in performing general dental procedures and utilizing dental technologies.
· Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
