CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Duties: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff - Assist with patient transfers and ambulation - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Assist with feeding and meal preparation - Perform basic medical procedures under the supervision of a nurse, such as gastric lavage and airway management - Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure patient safety and well-being - Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities Experience: - Previous experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably as a nursing assistant or similar role - Experience working with behavioral health patients is a plus - Familiarity with working in sterile processing environments - Experience using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or eClinicalWorks is preferred - Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) and its proper use We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
