Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and specialized nursing care to patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, including injections, and monitor patient responses
- Perform procedures such as gastric lavage and dermal fillers as directed by the doctor
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health coaching and infant care techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed
Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PICU or similar acute care setting
- Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring
- Experience working with infants and providing specialized care
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment is a plus
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and protocols
