Major/Essential Functions
Adheres to institutional and departmental policies
Respond to all faculty email requests received via the pool or direct email
Schedule meetings, reminders, prepare meeting documents
Enter faculty CV content, produce reports and assist faculty with Annual Faculty Evaluations
Answer, address and direct departmental telephone calls
Update and maintain faculty CVs
Track and log faculty CMEs
Distribute faculty mail twice weekly
Transcribe dictation, format, and send written communications
Request faculty leave approval, post to faculty calendar, ensure it is posted to the departmental Faculty Leave calendar, and notify key people
Arrange faculty department-related travel accommodations, post to faculty calendar, prepare documents, collect receipts, and process reimbursement

Complete institutional quarterly evaluation
Gather data, articles, tables, review and edit manuscripts
Complete faculty and departmental purchases, maintain receipts, and reconcile expense report in Chrome River weekly (registration, membership dues, books, food, and similar expenses)
Collect, maintain, and update call schedules and forward to key people
Attend weekly coordinator meeting and periodic admin section meetings
Complete all institutional and departmental training
Fill in for co-workers as necessary
Work remotely as necessary when approved by supervisor
Prepare, mange, and distribute orientation and rotation information, Schedule and manage Mock OSCEs, Create, manage and distribute student rotation schedules, Ensure students are current on OR training, Arrange lunch debriefing meetings
Distribute NBME practice vouchers, Track and manage students' H&Ps, Schedule and manage final OSCE and enter final scores, Track and manage student evaluations, Arrange and manage mid-point evaluations, Assist MSIV Program Coordinator with all duties and provide coverage during their leave
Assist student with obtaining badges and any badge issues, Notify faculty of students' rotation schedules, Track and manage student absences
Required Qualifications
High school plus six years experience in related field.
Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with medical transcription and terminology.
Experience in clinic administrative or high level administrative support settings.

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
