Field Support Helper

Field Support Helper - Lubbock, TX As a Field Support Helper, you'll use your skills in measuring and installing windows.
This will also consist of carpentry work, metal work and understanding the processes of a full window installation.
Focus on is quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
While most of our installation work is completed by a group of independent contractors who we've worked with for many years, we also have a need for an in-house crew to help with more challenging situations that need some extra attention.
You will also help with our installation recovery process, which means service type work or replacing parts on windows or doors that have already been installed.
You will be tasked with assisting the lead installer, ensuring the final installation meets both customer and Pella expectations.
You'll drive a company box truck or a Toyota pickup truck.
One of these vehicles will go home with you every night.
Primary job responsibilities include: Quality craftsmanship while installing our products.
Responsible for assisting the lead with accurate Order verification measurements Responsible for assisting the lead with Pre-check of new construction sites for accuracy of rough openings Responsible for assisting the lead with quality control with Post checks of our installation partners Participation in ongoing product and installation training Team building and mentorship.

Help service department when needed.
Help in the warehouse when there is nothing to do in the field.
Qualifications: • Highly developed customer service and communication skills • Ability to speak courteously and answer customer questions with confidence and poise • Strong window and door installation and problem solving skills • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting • Ability to safely drive a company box truck Join Pella today.
