*About the Position:*
* Drive a 26-foot Box Truck for local truck driving and Amazon loads
* Delivering Pallets and Packages to Freight Location
* Load and unload the truck using approved equipment
* Comply with company policies, procedures, and DOT regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, trailer designations, violation and incident reporting requirements, break periods, etc.
)
* Conduct routine vehicle proper pre and post trip inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
* Follow all company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations, safety, and security.
* Maintain daily logs and time cards
* Assist in delivery of box trucks for scheduled maintenance
* Follow DOT regulations as well as state and local laws
*Schedule: *Monday~ Saturday (weekend availability)but job to job basis
*Requirements:*
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrated driving expertise.
* Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is required
* Experience driving a box truck for minimum of 1 year
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
* Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet delivery schedules.
* Must be reliable and have adequate transportation to and from work
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Reliability and punctuality
* Dedication to work
