Class A drivers – including recent grads – dedicated regional account that is home weekly and average first year pay of $1800.
For recent grads getting their training you are paid $650/WK until you get 250-300 MPW at which point you start at the base rate which is $.
67CPM, $10/Stop and $275/trailer unload For every year of experience drivers get an extra penny per mile up to $.
71CPM to start.
Note: This is 100% touch freight with drivers unloading boxes onto a conveyor belt at the store.
The only no touch freight is the pick up at the DC as that is hook and go Full benefits – including medical, dental, PTO, etc – after 30 days Drivers (including trainees) are home every week and while we try and get you hom on the weekend it is not guaranteed.
Applicants mut live within 150 miles of the following cities in order to be considered - DFW, Denver, Amarillo/anwhere in the Panhandle of TX or OK, OKC and Albuquerque.
Drivers take truck home with them during their off time Requirements: · Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 months verifiable Class A experience – that is 3 months driving on your own – do not count time with trainer · Accidents: o No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years o No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims o ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto · No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750) · Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns · NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
