Major/Essential Functions Design, create and maintain web pages, web services and web applications using C# NET and Visual Studio.
Develop, implement, and maintain API services to facilitate data exchange between different systems and platforms.
Design, create and manage databases as well as write SQL queries using MS SQL.
Have a strong understanding of business intelligence concepts and ability to create visualizations using power BI.
Create, integrate, and test new features in a variety of web applications.
Maintain frequent communication with team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and management, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation for API, codebase, databases and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications, API integrations, data processing, and reporting.
Assist in validating and entering data into web applications as well as data retrieval and further analysis.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in API development, web development, database management, and business intelligence.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science MIS, IT, or other related area OR a combination of related education and/or experience.
The successful candidate will also possess the following: Well-versed in technologies such as MVC/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python and SQL databases.
Proficiency in handling JSON data structures and working with JSON-based APIs.
Experience with business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI, for data visualization and reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid understanding of programming languages, data structures, web design and development concepts.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with coursework in computer science, MIS, IT, or other related area plus one (1) year related full-time paid experience OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Computer Science.
Knowledge of working with Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems.
Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology.
Experience with full-stack development.
Knowledge of code versioning systems such as GitHub or TFS.
