Come as you are and be a part of our team! Job Summary: As a Cook at Denny's, you will be responsible for cooking food to order, preparing ingredients, maintaining proper sanitation, and ensuring the adherence to company food preparation standards.
Your primary goal will be to ensure guest satisfaction by presenting food according to Denny's specifications and guest preferences.
Job Functions/Responsibilities: Ensure guest satisfaction by proper plate presentation and cooking to Denny's specifications and guest preference Inform management immediately of any safety hazards, equipment problems, and out-of-stock items Prepare ingredient items to recipe and company standards Adhere to all company standards and policies, including proper food storage, rotation, portioning, temperatures, and reporting to work on time.
Maintain proper fry line sanitation at all times.
Complete all side-work, stocking, and daily cleaning tasks.
Handle peak business hours and present a professional image at all times.
Adhere to all safety standards and promote Denny's Inc.
