Please consider the following opportunity and apply today! Primary Responsibilities: Beginning January, 2023 Visual Edge IT (“VEIT”) initiated a new national operations organizational structure that creates teams of experts in focused Centers of Excellence.
Administrative processes and systems will be standardized with deliberate uniformity.
Employees will collaborate based on very specific responsibilities to gain strength and momentum from each other.
Teams of people will work together across the country to drive the business, regardless of the customer’s location.
These centers include but are not limited to: As a member of VEIT’s National EOP Center of Excellence, employees will be responsible for: Continually evaluate current processes and recommend ways to perform tasks more efficiently.
Supports the regional sales/service efforts and routinely participates in administrative task force meetings.
Visual Edge IT – Administration Resource Data Governance – This initiative strives to create more consistency within the system so that accurate analysis can be done.
Several projects are underway and the team leads will oversee various work groups to make recommendations related to data governance.
Data entry in eAutomate will be uniform with specific attention on: Customer Records Sales Order Entry and Fulfillment Revenue Recognition eAutomate Lists and Codes – specifically related to EOP Items and Item Descriptions – related to order processing Lease Module Maintenance Document Retention and Management Authorized Software Applications (to support EOP) Use of Sales Force (CRM) – All sales reps are required to use Sales Force – for forecasting and order processing.
Team members will follow SOP’s related to post-sale workflows and work with sales and admin teams throughout the process.
Ticketing Software (FreshDesk, for example) – Additional software may be utilized to support a national equipment order processing system.
Team members will be required to follow training guideline to use systems effectively.
Training – Participate in formal and/or informal training sessions related to the EOP Center of Excellence.
Skills Required: 1.
Knowledge of Sales Processes This includes all types of sales: purchases, leases, out of territory, major account, national accounts, rentals, exchanges, etc.
As service is billed direct to customers, bundled in leases and provided by or for 3rd party dealers, team leads will provide insight on best practices and uniform processes.

Knowledge of SOP’s Company SOP’s are routinely created and updated.
Team members will be required to share updates and enforce compliancy.
Recommendations should be made on SOP’s that are needed.
Sales Order Entry ensures the validity and accuracy of transactions prior to the delivery of equipment.
Order Fulfillment will focus on the order fulfillment and lease funding side of the transaction and will ensure accurate billing, timely payment and regular lease tracking.

Knowledge of Systems Team Leads must seek to advance knowledge of all systems that support the business and seek to automate processes by utilizing such systems.
Including but not limited to: eAutomate Salesforce Sales Scorekeeper FreshDesk 4.
“Center” Knowledge While EOP team leads will focus on the EOP Center, he/she must have experience and aptitude working with all facets of the business – interacting with regional leaders and leaders of each Center.

Good Communication/Management Skills Whether managing and motivating his/her own team, team leads will be asked to lead specific projects, committees and training sessions.
