*Key Responsibilities:*
*Executive Assistant Duties:*
*Administrative Support:* Provide high-level administrative support to the dealership's executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
*Office Management:* Oversee the smooth operation of the office, ensuring supplies are stocked, and office equipment is maintained.
*Data Management:* Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records, and assist with data entry as needed.
*Communication:* Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
*Travel Arrangements:* Make travel arrangements, book accommodations, and prepare itineraries for executive staff.
*Event Coordination:* Assist in planning and coordinating dealership events, including promotional sales events and customer appreciation activities.
*Maintain Confidentiality:* Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
*Sales Associate Duties:*
*Customer Engagement:* Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership, providing information about available vehicles, and answering inquiries.
*Sales Presentations:* Conduct compelling presentations of vehicles, explaining features, specifications, and benefits to potential buyers.
*Test Drives:* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, addressing their questions and concerns during the process.
*Sales Documentation:* Assist in preparing sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of paperwork.
*Sales Targets:* Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
*Qualifications:*
*Proven Experience:* Previous experience in an executive assistant role and/or sales is preferred.
*Organizational Skills:* Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
*Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
*Tech-Savvy:* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn dealership-specific software.
*Personable:* A friendly and approachable personality with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right vehicle.
*Valid Driver's License:* A valid driver's license is required for test drives and occasional errands.
*Confidentiality:* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
