*Our Award Winning Client* is seeking a Full-time Onsite Project Accountant for our Midland, Dallas, or Lubbock offices.
This role requires proficiency in Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint, along with a strong understanding of accounting systems, report generation, and general accounting principles.
Our client, recognized nationally for excellence, is looking for a Project Accountant to support our design professionals in efficient client billing and monthly revenue reporting.
This role serves as a vital partner in assessing current and future workloads.

*Responsibilities:*
* Manage project setup, contract/fee management, and updates throughout the project lifecycle in the accounting system.
* Review and update monthly revenue reports for all assigned projects.
* Produce accurate monthly invoices for clients and attach required compliance documentation.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure project formats align with contract terms.
* Prepare reports and support project managers in making informed decisions regarding project/client management.
*Qualifications:*
* Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school OR 5+ years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency in computerized accounting systems; previous experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred.
