*Job Overview:*
Masked Rider Capital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our investment firm as a Staff Accountant.
As a vital member of our finance team, you will be responsible for monthly bank reconciliation, audit support, treasury tasks, and 1099 preparation.
This role is well-suited for a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment and can multitask.
*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations*
* Perform thorough monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Perform thorough monthly credit card reconciliation and receipt management.

* *Transactional Accounting*
* Enter daily transactional accounting entries using QuickBooks Online or other relevant software.
*3.
* *Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable*
* Handle responsibilities related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties.
*4.
* *Financial Preparation*
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
*5.
* *Audit Support*
* Collaborate with the controller in annual audit documentation and tax return preparation.
*6.
* *1099 Preparation*
* Prepare annual 1099 forms accurately and in a timely manner.
*7.
* *Treasury Tasks*
* Support the controller with daily treasury tasks to ensure effective financial management.
*8.
* *Administrative Support*
* Provide backup support for our Administrative Assistant including picking up and dropping off work as needed.
*9.
* *File Organization*
* Contribute to the organization of financial files within our bank reporting data room and Microsoft Teams.
*Key Qualifications*
* 2-5 years of previous bookkeeping and/or accounting experience is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting is strongly preferred.
* Experience in QuickBooks is required.
* Experience in other accounting software, such as Sage Intacct preferred.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on project work for extended periods of time.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written for internal and external communication.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Demonstrate sense of urgency to deliver timely, accurate results.
* Self-starter with the ability to work well independently.
* Proven multitasker with the flexibility to adapt to frequent changes and project specific requirements.
* Proficiency in using internet browsers, Outlook, Word, Excel, and mobile apps.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
00 - $65,000.
