We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Commercial & Residential Roofing Company.
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate is proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, and has experience with general ledger accounting.
```Responsibilities include but not limited to``` - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable - Manage time reporting - Process payroll and ensure accurate payroll tax calculations - Process monthly workman's comp - Texas & New Mexico Sales tax reporting - Credit Card reconciliations - ```Experience``` - Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Bookkeeper - Proficiency in using QuickBooks - Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you are a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy, we would love to hear from you.
