Client is seeking to hire a full-time Project Accountant for our Midland, Dallas or Lubbock offices to help their design professionals with efficient client billing and monthly revenue reports.
This position acts as a partner when it comes to assessing current and future workloads.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROJECT ACCOUNTANT As a Project Accountant, you are the gatekeeper of details! You handle project set up, contract/fee management and related updates throughout the life of the project in the accounting system.
You review and update monthly revenue reports for all assigned projects.
While producing accurate monthly invoices for clients, you’ll attach required compliance documentation and update electronic sites as needed.
Your detail-oriented accounting skills assist you in preparing reports and supporting our project managers in making informed decisions regarding project/client management.
Working collaboratively with our project managers, you verify that project format matches the terms of the project contract.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school OR 5+ years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Proficiency in computerized accounting systems; previous Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience preferred.

Pay: Up to $50,000.
