Axis Water Technologies is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
The person in this role will be working with most members of our team, so we are looking for someone with a good attitude who can handle busy day-to-day.
The person in this position will also be handling all of our customers.
This person will need to be able to handle stressful situations with customers with ease.
This person will also have interactions with most staff and will need to be able to interact with everyone in the company.
Responsibilities:
· Process, verify, and post receipts.
· Research and resolve account discrepancies.
· Process and record transactions.
· Obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete.
· Review accounts, client payments, credit history, and maintain an acceptable AR Aging balance
· Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending monthly rental reminders, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
Requirements:
· 3 years of accounting and collections experience.
· Strong math, and computer skills, especially with QuickBooks Online.
· Salesforce experience is beneficial, but not required.
· Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
· High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
