Ability to adhere to multiple style guides.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
Fluent in Spanish – writing
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Responsibilities may include research, proofreading, and design issues.
Create clear, organized external and internal documents for stakeholders.
Develop standards and protocols with team members for project documentation.
Maintain stylistic, notational, and organizational standards to unify communications.
Edit existing content to conform to relevant standards and maximize clarity.
Plan future content in collaboration with management to maintain consistency and high-quality for future documentation.
Responsible for all grant writing projects.
Responsible for all yearly reports, such as Weave Report, Annual Report, etc.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, journalism or related field.
Four years experience in proposal/technical writing.
Education and experience can exchange on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in grant writing.
Experience in contract writing.
Experience in technical writing.
Experience in working as an editor or on an editorial board in a healthcare related journal.
Degree in English or Journalism
Experience as a writer/editor

Pay Statement
Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
